Place is dated, food ok service not much but the sign in the door really a negative note. (RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS INLY) Do you think that you are going to be overwhelmed with people wanting to use your nasty restroom I will never do business with anyone that would refuse a fellow human to use the restroom. It's just wrong and that's how I feel so that's that. Your restaurant is far from being special and when you put out that you are cruel as well that did it for me.

New to the area, we were given a gift certificate to try this spot. The place was very clean. A bit dated, but welcoming. Staff were very pleasant and full of smiles. We explained we were new and the hostess suggested menu items based on our likes. Service was fairly quick - we were the only ones there at the time. Food was presented well, and the portions were a great size. We ordered an appetizer sampler of onion rings, fried green tomatoes, and alligator ball/bites. An order of oyster po'boy, and a fried sampler of shrimp, oysters, and cat fish. Each item in the appetizer sampler was full size - large. The po'boy sandwich was fresh and came with large fries and hush puppies. The fried sampler had three large shrimp, three large oysters, and several pieces of fried catfish nuggets/pieces. The food was fresh, lightly breaded, crispy, and mild flavored. There was a condiments area of sauces and spices. Perfect touch. Our total was roughly $62. The amount of food we received was enough to feed 3-5 hungry people. We were very pleased with our purchase and plan to visit again.
My boudin balls were fantastic! But everything is WAY overpriced. I will not go back to pay $20+ from a strip mall location. The pic is NOT the location! Total deception and complete turn off before I even walked thru the door.
Sitting here at Fishtales in Cleveland, we got our food. The girl behind the counter was a bit clueless but we figured it was her first day. Anyways we are sitting down and at this point I am just watching my husband eat his food. He ordered the DUO and I ordered the Blackened Shrimp. My shrimp had hair on it. I took it to the new girl at the counter and I get a rude "Ok" and it made me feel as though they were like what do you want us to do about it. So now I have nothing to eat. And my husband gets to enjoy his food. They didn't even try to make it right. Their cocktail sauce is just ketchup. My husband asked for cocktail sauce. The hispanic lady says its there in the jug. He took the top off and said no its just ketchup. She told him to try it anyways. And they had 0 sweet tea. But yold my husband yhat they can bring him a cup of sugar. We come here often. This is a great place. Well it was. I think I am done coming here. Not a good way to do business.
They can't be bothered to do any customer service. The food was a joke. My fish was the size of my fry. For 40 bucks. Never brought our drinks. Half the restaurant was coordinated off. We had some expectations tho. The one in New Caney 1000% better. They came to your table to take your order. They check in to see how the food is.
Been a loyal customer for years! Go here sometimes 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately it’s getting worse, and I’m disappointed. Got my order today and it’s not even done. Fish was so mushy, and the potatoes they cut into fries weren’t done either.
Great fried seafood. The French fries could have been crisper. Hush puppies were excellent.
